What is the benefit of becoming SLM Certified?

SLM Certified recipients will receive a certificate with their specific identification number and their name & company name will be posted on the ALCA website.
Current and prospective clients will be able to recognize who is trained in SLM.

EVENT REGISTRATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE - Substitutions are allowed at any time.

How do you become certified?
Score at least 70% on an online exam of 50 questions.

*If you cannot attend in person, Zoom is also still available.*

We follow the CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19: "People may choose to mask at any time. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask."

ALCA kindly asks that if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, sneezing, loss of taste or sense of smell, or any other COVID symptom, that you please do not attend in-person and ask about substitutions.
