
Sales Professional – Construction Related Services
Desierto Verde (www.desverde.com) is seeking a self starting, dynamic, experienced outside sales professional. Desierto Verde, a growing innovative leader in construction and landscape related services in Arizona is looking to expand its’ outside sales organization.
This position entails interacting with a variety of professionals including, but not limited to; Developers, Home Builders, Municipalities, Architects, General Contractors, Engineers and Landscape Architects. Company is willing to provide product and services training for the right candidate who demonstrates strong selling capabilities.
Some key elements of the position are:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Researching and developing leads into qualified sales opportunities
Negotiating pricing; closing the sale
Utilizing personal experience/talent/contacts to achieve specific sales goals
Ensuring client satisfaction throughout project execution
Essential Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work autonomously and creatively in a fast-paced environment
Superior interpersonal skills
Proven closing techniques
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent Computer Skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Requirements:
AZ Driver’s License w/ clean driving record
3+ years Outside Sales Experience
Industry experience preferred but not required
Local knowledge and contact base a plus
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 Base (commensurate upon experience), plus commission

Supervisor and Technicians. Responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
Minimum of 5 years commercial irrigation experience (Irrigation Supervisor)
Minimum of 2 years commercial irrigation experience (Irrigation Technicians)
Knowledge of irrigation system installation and repairs
Strong irrigation diagnostic skills and controller programming knowledge
Ability to work independently
Valid Driver's license
Must pass drug screening
Bilingual a plus
Compensation commensurate with experience.
